I.-The healthcare professional or the professional from the medico-social or social sector mentioned in III bis of article L. 1110-4 and who belongs to one of the categories listed in article R. 1110-2 may exchange, with the persons mentioned in this same III bis and practising within a structure mentioned in article R. 1110-3-6, information relating to a wounded soldier or former soldier and strictly necessary for his/her support.
II – The professional mentioned in I who wishes to exchange information within the scope of this I must inform the person concerned in advance under the conditions set out in I and III of article R. 1110-3.
The prior information given to the data subject is evidenced by the professional providing the data subject with a written document containing this information. This medium shall indicate the effective procedures for exercising their rights pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
