Article R1111-33 of the French Public Health Code

A minor who wishes to keep confidential any data relating to one of the procedures mentioned in articles L. 1111-5, L. 1111-5-1, L. 2212-4, L. 2212-7 and L. 6211-3-1 is informed by the professional who cares for him or her of his or her right to object to the mention of this data in one or more of the elements appearing in his or her digital health space.

If the minor objects, the health insurance organisation to which he/she is attached will not transfer to his/her digital health space the data relating to the reimbursement of these procedures and the health products prescribed in connection with these procedures.

La personne mineure qui souhaite garder le secret sur toute donnée relative à l’un des actes mentionnés aux articles L. 1111-5, L. 1111-5-1, L. 2212-4, L. 2212-7 et L. 6211-3-1 est informée par le professionnel qui la prend en charge de son droit de s’opposer à la mention de ces données dans un ou plusieurs des éléments figurant dans son espace numérique de santé.


En cas d’opposition de la personne mineure, l’organisme d’assurance maladie auquel elle est rattachée ne transfère pas dans son espace numérique de santé les données relatives au remboursement de ces actes et des produits de santé prescrits à l’occasion de ces actes.
