The holder is informed immediately of any access to his digital health space by a professional or establishment. All actions carried out in the digital health space are traced and stored in this space, in particular the date, time and identification of the person, service or legal entity who consulted or modified it. These traces are accessible to the holder of the digital health space.

Without prejudice to the provisions of article L. 1111-7, the holder of the digital health space exercises his right of access to the data contained in this space either directly, using his own means of identification, or via the health insurance organisation to which he is attached.
