If the right to object is exercised, the health insurance organisations will notify the person concerned that their objection to the creation of their digital health space has been taken into account. In this case, the space will not be opened.

The holder who has exercised his right to object may at any time reverse his decision and request the creation of his digital health space.

En cas d’exercice du droit d’opposition, les organismes d’assurance maladie notifient à la personne concernée la prise en compte de son opposition à la création de son espace numérique de santé. Dans ce cas, cet espace n’est pas ouvert.

Le titulaire qui a exercé son droit d’opposition peut à tout moment revenir sur sa décision et demander la création de son espace numérique de santé.
