Article R1111-30 of the French Public Health Code

When a person whose digital health space was opened during their minority reaches the age of majority, the health insurance organisation to which they belong informs them, under the conditions provided for in article R. 1111-28, that their space will remain open, unless they object. If the holder does not wish to keep their digital health space, they may request that it be closed under the conditions set out in article R. 1111-36.

Minors whose digital health space has not been created during their minority are informed, when they reach the age of majority, in accordance with the conditions set out in article R. 1111-28, that their digital health space will automatically be opened unless they object.

Lorsqu’une personne dont l’espace numérique de santé a été ouvert pendant sa minorité atteint sa majorité, l’organisme d’assurance maladie auquel elle est rattachée l’informe, dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 1111-28, que son espace demeurera ouvert, sauf opposition de sa part. Si le titulaire ne souhaite pas conserver son espace numérique de santé, il peut en demander la clôture dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 1111-36.


La personne mineure dont l’espace numérique de santé n’a pas été créé pendant sa minorité est informée, lorsqu’elle atteint sa majorité, dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 1111-28, de l’ouverture automatique de son espace numérique de santé sauf opposition de sa part.
