The holder may decide to close their digital health space at any time, either directly or by submitting a request to the digital health space operator.
From the date of closure, the data contained in the digital health space is archived for a period of ten years, after which it is automatically deleted. It is automatically deleted after this period.
If the holder expressly requests the deletion of data from his digital health space before the expiry of this period, his request is granted within a maximum of three months. The holder will be informed immediately.
Any holder who has requested the closure of their digital health space may request that a new space be created at any time. The archived data is transferred to the new space.
When the Caisse nationale de l’assurance maladie observes a situation or event revealing a serious malfunction or fraudulent use of the digital health space which it cannot correct, it may automatically suspend access to the digital health space in the interests of the holder concerned. It shall inform the holder by any means at its disposal and, in the absence of any objection from the holder within six weeks of sending this information, shall automatically close the digital health space.
