The application for registration is made online using a service provided by the Caisse nationale de l’assurance maladie.
The application for registration includes the response to a questionnaire assessing whether the applicant meets the criteria set out in Article R. 1111-37, the data protection impact assessment provided for in Article 35 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, where this is required, and the supporting documents, the list of which is set by order of the Minister for Health.
If the publisher applying for listing wishes to access certain data contained in the digital health space, it must justify the need to do so with regard to the purposes of the service or tool it is offering and specify the procedures for such access as well as the length of time the data collected will be kept and the security conditions implemented. It must also specify the content of the information that it intends to provide to the holder when obtaining his prior express consent as required by III of article L. 1111-13-1.
The referencing committee may ask the publisher for any additional documents or information that it deems useful for examining the application in order to ensure that the information declared in the application file is true.
