Article R1111-8-5 of the French Public Health Code

The right to object provided for in the first paragraph of article 38 of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and civil liberties does not apply to the processing of personal data for the sole purpose of referencing the data provided for in articles R. 1111-8-2 and R. 1111-8-3 using the national health identifier.

Le droit d’opposition prévu au premier alinéa de l’article 38 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés ne s’applique pas aux traitements de données à caractère personnel ayant pour seul objet le référencement de données prévu aux articles R. 1111-8-2 et R. 1111-8-3 à l’aide de l’identifiant national de santé.
