The commission collects, from local and regional authorities and their groupings, and updates information relating to actions that fall within the scope of the external action of local and regional authorities defined in articles L. 1115-1 to L. 1115-5. It may formulate any proposal in these areas. It may be consulted on any draft law or decree relating thereto.
