The following are set by decision of the board of directors of the establishment taken after consultation with the social administration committee:
1° The salary scale applicable to each of the categories and to each of the management positions mentioned in articles R. 113-2 and R. 113-3 as well as the length of time to be spent in each step in order to reach the next higher step;
2° The compensation system for contract agents, which takes into account in particular the duties performed, the expertise developed, the hardships endured, the professional commitment and the manner in which the service is provided;
3° The criteria taken into account for the re-evaluation of remuneration, including in particular the employee’s professional commitment, the way in which he or she has served the company, his or her knowledge of the area in which he or she works and his or her ability to work as part of a team.
