The Board of Directors, through its deliberations, regulates the affairs of the Centre de ressources, d’expertise et de performance sportive.
Its deliberations relate in particular to:
1° The establishment project ;
2° The contract and agreement mentioned in II and III of article L. 114-16 ;
3° The annual activity report drawn up by the Director;
4° The organisation of the centre and its internal regulations;
5° The initial budget, amending budgets and, where applicable, supplementary budgets, as well as the employment authorisations for the financial year, accompanied by their presentation notes;
6° The financial account and the allocation of the results for the financial year, accompanied by the reports of the authorising officer and the accounting officer;
7° Write-offs and cancellations, subject to article R. 114-31 ;
8° Contracts, agreements or markets;
9° General terms and conditions of sale for products and services provided by the institution;
10° The scale of charges for the services offered by the centre;
11° Acceptance or refusal of donations and legacies;
12° Acquisitions, disposals or exchanges of real estate and long leases;
13° Participation in public interest groups;
14° Acquisition or sale of securities;
15° The registration of trademarks, patents and any other intellectual property rights;
16° General conditions of recruitment, employment and remuneration of contract staff paid from the Centre’s budget;
17° Legal proceedings and settlements, as well as recourse to arbitration in the event of disputes arising from the performance of contracts entered into with foreign bodies;
18° Proposals for the allocation of housing concessions, as provided for in article R. 114-52 ;
19° The creation of the Administration’s Social Committee and, where applicable, its specialised committee on health, safety and working conditions under the conditions provided for in articles R. 114-58 and R. 114-69;
20° Proposals for occupational health and safety inspections, as provided for in Article R. 114-75;
21° Its own rules of procedure;
22° The establishment’s annual strategy on social and environmental issues.
Within the limits that it determines, the Board of Directors may delegate to the Director the powers provided for in 8°, 11° and 17°.
The scope and duration of this delegation shall be set out in a resolution.
The Director shall report to the Board of Directors, at its next meeting, on the decisions he has taken by virtue of his delegation.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors is involved in promoting the Board’s activities.
