Article R114-23 of the French Sports Code

I.-There is an accounting office within each centre, headed by an accounting officer, who is the head of the accounting department. This accounting post may be shared by several centres under the conditions laid down by order of the ministers responsible for the budget and sports.

II – The accounting officer is appointed by joint order of the Minister for the Budget and the Minister for Sport after informing the region. He/she shall be sworn in under the conditions laid down inarticle 14-1 of decree no. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012.

Article R114-23

I.-Il existe, au sein de chaque centre, un poste comptable à la tête duquel est placé un agent comptable, chef des services de la comptabilité. Ce poste comptable peut être commun à plusieurs centres dans les conditions prévues par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget et des sports.

II.-L’agent comptable est nommé par arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé du budget et du ministre chargé des sports après information de la région. Il prête serment dans les conditions prévues à l’article 14-1 du décret n° 2012-1246 du 7 novembre 2012.
