Article R114-40 of the French Sports Code

An order of the Minister for the Interior and the Ministers for the Budget and Sport sets out :

a) the administrative organisation ;

b) The presentation of the budgets and their execution;

c) the general accounting rules, the chart of accounts and the presentation of the financial accounts, after receiving the opinion of the authority responsible for accounting standards.

Un arrêté du ministre de l’intérieur et des ministres chargés du budget et des sports fixe :

a) L’organisation administrative ;

b) La présentation des budgets et leur exécution ;

c) Les règles de comptabilité générale, le plan comptable et la présentation du compte financier, après avis de l’autorité chargée des normes comptables.
