In addition to the Director, who chairs it, the person in charge of human resources management and staff representatives, the Management Committee includes a representative of the region appointed by the President of the Regional Council.

If the director of the centre is unable to attend, he or she appoints a representative from among the centre’s civil servants who report to him or her in a position of responsibility. This is recorded in the minutes of the meeting.

The committee may be co-chaired by the regional representative.

The number of staff representatives and, where applicable, the choice of list or acronym ballot in application of the third paragraph of article 20 of the above-mentioned decree of 20 November 2020, are set by decision of the Board of Directors after consulting the Social Committee of the Board of Directors.

The number of permanent staff representatives may not be less than three, plus an equal number of alternates.

Article R114-59

Outre le directeur qui le préside, le responsable ayant autorité en matière de gestion des ressources humaines et des représentants du personnel, le comité social d’administration comprend un représentant de la région désigné par le président du conseil régional.

En cas d’empêchement du directeur du centre, celui-ci désigne son représentant parmi les fonctionnaires du centre exerçant auprès de lui des fonctions de responsabilité. Il en est fait mention au procès-verbal de séance.

Le comité peut être coprésidé par le représentant de la région.

Le nombre de représentants du personnel ainsi que, le cas échéant, le choix du scrutin de liste ou de sigle en application du troisième alinéa de l’article 20 du décret du 20 novembre 2020 mentionné ci-dessus sont fixés par décision du conseil d’administration après avis du comité social d’administration.

Le nombre de représentants du personnel titulaires ne peut être inférieur à trois, auquel s’ajoute un nombre égal de suppléants.
