Article R114-8 of the French Sports Code

The members of the Board of Directors perform their duties free of charge. However, their travel expenses are covered under the conditions laid down by the regulations applicable to civil servants in the French State and by the regulations applicable to local authority employees in the case of the members mentioned in 1° of article R. 114-4.

Les membres du conseil d’administration exercent leurs fonctions à titre gratuit. Toutefois, leurs frais de déplacement sont pris en charge dans les conditions prévues par la réglementation applicable aux personnels civils de l’Etat et par la réglementation applicable aux personnels des collectivités locales s’agissant des membres mentionnés au 1° de l’article R. 114-4.
