Article R1142-12 of the French Public Health Code

The Commission may, by means of a reasoned report, request the National Commission for Medical Accidents to remove from the national list of medical accident experts an expert registered with a Court of Appeal whose registered office is within its jurisdiction. It issues an opinion on a request for the removal of an expert made by the National Commission within a period of two months.

The application for disbarment or the opinion are adopted by the Commission sitting in an amicable settlement formation.

La commission peut, par un rapport motivé, demander à la Commission nationale des accidents médicaux la radiation de la liste nationale des experts en accidents médicaux d’un expert inscrit près d’une cour d’appel dont le siège est situé dans son ressort. Elle rend un avis sur une demande de radiation d’un expert formulée par la commission nationale dans un délai de deux mois.

La demande de radiation ou l’avis sont adoptés par la commission siégeant en formation de règlement amiable.
