Article R1142-11 of the French Public Health Code

Each year, the Commission adopts :

-a report on its operation and activities, both as an amicable settlement body and as a conciliation body, which it submits to the Office and, in compliance with the provisions of Articles R. 1142-41-1 and R. 1142-41-2 for nominative information and information relating to personal health data, to the National Medical Accidents Commission;

-a report on the expert appraisals carried out by it, which it forwards to the Commission nationale des accidents médicaux.

Article R1142-11

La commission adopte chaque année :

-un rapport relatif à son fonctionnement et à son activité, en formation de règlement amiable et en formation de conciliation, qu’elle remet à l’office et, dans le respect des dispositions des articles R. 1142-41-1 et R. 1142-41-2 pour les informations nominatives et relatives à des données de santé à caractère personnel, à la Commission nationale des accidents médicaux ;

-un rapport relatif aux expertises diligentées par elle, qu’elle transmet à la Commission nationale des accidents médicaux.
