Article R1142-60 of the French Public Health Code

When, in application of article L. 1142-15, the Office is substituted for the insurer of the person responsible for the damage, the victim is compensated under the conditions set out in articles R. 1142-61 to R. 1142-63.

Article R1142-60

Lorsque, en application de l’article L. 1142-15, l’office est substitué à l’assureur de la personne responsable des dommages, il est procédé à l’indemnisation de la victime dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 1142-61 à R. 1142-63.
