Article R1161-7 of the French Public Health Code

The declaration referred to in Article L. 1161-2 ceases to have effect if :

1° The programme is not implemented within twelve months of it taking effect ;

2° The programme is no longer implemented for six consecutive months.

However, the provisions of 1° and 2° do not apply when the Director General of the Regional Health Agency takes a decision to this effect due to special circumstances.

La déclaration mentionnée à l’article L. 1161-2 cesse de produire ses effets si :

1° Le programme n’est pas mis en œuvre dans les douze mois qui suivent sa prise d’effet ;

2° Le programme mis en œuvre ne l’est plus pendant six mois consécutifs.

Toutefois, les dispositions des 1° et 2° ne trouvent pas à s’appliquer lorsque le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé prend une décision en ce sens en raison de circonstances particulières.
