Article R1161-6 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General of the Regional Health Agency must be notified of any change in the coordinator referred to in article R. 1161-3, in the objectives of the programme or in the source of funding for the programme, by any means giving a date certain on receipt of this information.

Other changes are notified to the Regional Health Agency in accordance with the procedures defined in the specifications referred to in article L. 1161-2.

Toute modification portant sur le changement du coordonnateur mentionné à l’article R. 1161-3, sur les objectifs du programme ou sur la source de financement du programme est notifiée au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé par tout moyen donnant date certaine à la réception de cette information.

Les autres modifications sont portées à la connaissance de l’agence régionale de santé selon les modalités définies par le cahier des charges mentionné à l’article L. 1161-2.
