Article R121-13 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The Board of Directors meets at least twice a year to deliberate on the approval of the financial account presented by the Accounting Officer and the adoption of the preliminary budget.
The Board of Directors is convened as of right at the request of the supervisory ministers or the majority of its members, on the agenda items determined by them, within one month of the request.

Article R121-13

Le président convoque le conseil d’administration de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration et fixe l’ordre du jour de sa réunion sur proposition du directeur général de l’office.
Le conseil d’administration se réunit au moins deux fois par an pour délibérer sur l’approbation du compte financier présenté par le comptable et l’adoption du budget primitif.
Le conseil d’administration est réuni de plein droit à la demande des ministres de tutelle ou de la majorité de ses membres, sur les points de l’ordre du jour déterminés par eux, dans le délai d’un mois suivant la demande.
