Article R121-17 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The Secretaries-General of the supervisory ministries or their representatives, the Director General, the Budget Controller and the Accounting Officer attend meetings of the Board of Directors of the French Office for Immigration and Integration in an advisory capacity.
The Director General may be assisted by members of the establishment’s staff who attend meetings of the Board of Directors without taking part in the voting.

Les secrétaires généraux des ministères de tutelle ou leurs représentants, le directeur général, le contrôleur budgétaire et l’agent comptable assistent aux réunions du conseil d’administration de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration avec voix consultative.
Le directeur général peut être assisté de membres du personnel de l’établissement qui participent aux réunions du conseil d’administration sans prendre part aux votes.
