Article R121-20 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Subject to the provisions of Article R. 121-29, the deliberations of the Board of Directors of the French Office for Immigration and Integration are enforceable by operation of law fifteen days after their receipt by the ministers responsible for immigration and integration.
