L’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration peut accueillir en détachement ou par voie de mise à disposition des agents relevant de la fonction publique ainsi que des agents relevant d’organismes publics ou privés assurant la gestion d’un service public, dans le cadre de la réglementation qui leur est applicable.
