Article R121-31 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Secondary accountants may be appointed by the Director General of the French Office for Immigration and Integration with the approval of the Minister responsible for the budget and the Office’s accounting officer.
Revenue and imprest accounts may be set up in accordance with the provisions of Decree no. 2019-798 of 26 July 2019 relating to the revenue and imprest accounts of public bodies.

Des comptables secondaires peuvent être désignés par le directeur général de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration avec l’agrément du ministre chargé du budget et de l’agent comptable de l’office.
Des régies de recettes et d’avances peuvent être instituées conformément aux dispositions du décret n° 2019-798 du 26 juillet 2019 relatives aux régies de recettes et aux régies d’avances des organismes publics.
