Article R121-4 of the French Sports Code

The application for approval must be accompanied by the following documents:

1° A copy of the articles of association and by-laws, together with a copy of the receipt for the declaration provided for inarticle 5 of the law of 1 July 1901 on the contract of association;

2° The minutes of the last three general meetings;

3° Balance sheets and operating accounts for the last three financial years;

4° A document in which the association’s legal representative certifies on his or her honour that the association undertakes to comply with the contract of republican commitment referred to in article L. 121-4.

When the association applying for approval has been in existence for less than three years, the documents mentioned in 2° and 3° above are produced for the period corresponding to its period of existence.

Article R121-4

La demande d’agrément est accompagnée des pièces suivantes :

1° Un exemplaire des statuts et du règlement intérieur ainsi qu’une copie du récépissé de la déclaration prévue à l’article 5 de la loi du 1er juillet 1901 relative au contrat d’association ;

2° Les procès-verbaux des trois dernières assemblées générales ;

3° Les bilans et comptes d’exploitation des trois derniers exercices clos ;

4° Le document par lequel le représentant légal de l’association atteste sur l’honneur que celle-ci s’engage à respecter le contrat d’engagement républicain mentionné à l’article L. 121-4.

Lorsque l’association qui sollicite l’agrément est constituée depuis moins de trois années, les documents mentionnés aux 2° et 3° ci-dessus sont produits pour la période correspondant à sa durée d’existence.
