Article R121-6 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The chairman of the board of directors of the French Office for Immigration and Integration is appointed by decree, for a renewable three-year term, on the joint proposal of the ministers responsible for immigration and integration.
He is assisted by two vice-chairmen:
1° One of the representatives of the ministers responsible for immigration and integration, appointed jointly by the latter;
2° A qualified personality appointed from among its members by the board of directors.

Article R121-6

Le président du conseil d’administration de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration est nommé par décret, pour une durée de trois ans renouvelable, sur proposition conjointe des ministres chargés de l’immigration et de l’intégration.
Il est assisté de deux vice-présidents :
1° Un des représentants des ministres chargés de l’immigration et de l’intégration, désigné conjointement par ces derniers ;
2° Une personnalité qualifiée désignée en son sein par le conseil d’administration.
