Article R121-8 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Any vacancy, for whatever reason, or loss of the capacity in respect of which the members of the Board of Directors of the French Office of Immigration and Integration have been appointed, shall give rise to a replacement under the same conditions, within two months of the vacancy occurring, for the remainder of the term of office.

Article R121-8

Toute vacance, pour quelque cause que ce soit, ou perte de la qualité au titre de laquelle les membres du conseil d’administration de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration ont été désignés, donne lieu à remplacement dans les mêmes conditions, dans un délai de deux mois à compter de cette vacance, pour la durée du mandat restant à courir.
