Article R1211-19 of the French Public Health Code

I.-In order to be used for therapeutic purposes, any element or product of the human body removed or collected must be accompanied by information relating in particular to the clinical and biological selection of donors, labelling and traceability of the element or product, the content of which is specified by order of the Minister for Health.

II – The user doctor or dental surgeon is obliged to take note of this information.

Article R1211-19

I.-Pour être utilisé à des fins thérapeutiques, tout élément ou produit du corps humain prélevé ou collecté doit être accompagné d’informations relatives notamment à la sélection clinique et biologique des donneurs, à l’étiquetage et à la traçabilité de l’élément ou du produit, dont le contenu est précisé par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

II.-Le médecin utilisateur ou le chirurgien dentiste est tenu de prendre connaissance de ces informations.
