Article R1221-14 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The applicant body must also provide a detailed and explicit presentation of the organisational and operational arrangements that guarantee the regularity of its governance and management, as well as the actions that it is able to provide, specifying their purpose, duration, content and number of staff.

It must justify that it offers training courses that are adapted to the needs of local elected representatives and comply with the directory mentioned in article L. 1221-1 of this code.

Article R1221-14

L’organisme demandeur doit, en outre, présenter de manière détaillée et explicite les modalités d’organisation et de fonctionnement qui garantissent la régularité de sa gouvernance et de sa gestion ainsi que les actions qu’il est en mesure d’assurer en précisant leur objet, leur durée, leur contenu et leur effectif.

Il doit justifier qu’il offre des formations adaptées aux besoins des élus locaux et conformes au répertoire mentionné à l’article L. 1221-1 du présent code.
