Renewal is granted or refused following a procedure identical to that followed for an initial application for approval.
An organisation which has not submitted the annual report referred to in Article R. 1221-22-1 in respect of each year during which it has been granted approval is not eligible for renewal of its approval.

L’organisme qui n’a pas transmis le rapport annuel mentionné à l’article R. 1221-22-1 au titre de chaque année au cours de laquelle il a bénéficié d’un agrément ne peut prétendre au renouvellement de son agrément.
