Article R1221-21-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The manager of the fund for the individual right to training of local elected representatives referred to in Article L. 1621-4 immediately notifies the Minister responsible for local authorities of any information relating to any failure by the body to meet its obligations and, where applicable, the measures it has taken as part of the general conditions of use of the dematerialised service referred to in Article L. 1621-5. When an organisation applies for renewal of its approval, this information is added to its file before it is sent to the National Council.

Le gestionnaire du fonds du droit individuel à la formation des élus locaux mentionné à l’article L. 1621-4 communique sans délai au ministre chargé des collectivités territoriales toute information relative à un éventuel manquement de l’organisme à ses obligations et, le cas échéant, les mesures qu’il a prises dans le cadre des conditions générales d’utilisation du service dématérialisé mentionné à l’article L. 1621-5. Lorsqu’un organisme demande le renouvellement de son agrément, ces informations sont versées à son dossier avant sa transmission au conseil national.
