Article R1221-21-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I.-The body holding approval is required to declare and carry out its training activity related to the exercise of local mandates in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 6313-1 to D. 6313-3-2, R. 6323-31 to R. 6323-40, R. 6323-45, and R. 6351-1 to R. 6363-1 of the Labour Code, with the exception of articles R. 6351-7-1, R. 6351-8-1, and R. 6352-25 to R. 6352-40, subject to the adaptations provided for in II to IV.

II.-For the purposes of applying article R. 6351-5, the fourth paragraph is replaced by the following paragraph:

“3° Proof that you hold the authorisation referred to in article L. 1221-3 of the General Local Authorities Code;”.

III -For the application of article R. 6352-5, the last paragraph is deleted.

IV -For the application of article R. 6352-5, the last paragraph is deleted.

IV.-For the application of article R. 6352-8, the words: “the employer and” are deleted.

Article R1221-21-4

I.-L’organisme titulaire d’un agrément est tenu de déclarer et d’exercer son activité de formation liée à l’exercice des mandats locaux conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 6313-1 à D. 6313-3-2, R. 6323-31 à R. 6323-40, R. 6323-45, et R. 6351-1 à R. 6363-1 du code du travail, à l’exception des articles R. 6351-7-1, R. 6351-8-1, et R. 6352-25 à R. 6352-40, sous réserve des adaptations prévues du II au IV.


II.-Pour l’application de l’article R. 6351-5, le quatrième alinéa est remplacé par l’alinéa suivant :


“ 3° Le justificatif de détention de l’agrément mentionné à l’article L. 1221-3 du code général des collectivités territoriales ; ”.


III.-Pour l’application de l’article R. 6352-5, le dernier alinéa est supprimé.


IV.-Pour l’application de l’article R. 6352-8, les mots : “ l’employeur et ” sont supprimés.
