I.-Each year, before 30 June, the holder of an authorisation sends the prefect of the department in which its main establishment is located and the national council an activity report covering the whole of the previous calendar year. This report includes a list of the training courses it has organised in connection with the exercise of the mandate of a local elected representative, as well as, for each of them:
1° The location, date, duration in hours, price and title of the training course;
> The number of participants
2° The number of participants;
3° The identity of the trainers;
4° Where applicable, the name of the accredited subcontractor involved in the training and the percentage of the training costs represented by the cost of the subcontractor’s services.
This report also provides an overall summary of the organisation’s annual activity in terms of training linked to the exercise of the mandate of a local elected representative, as well as any changes that have occurred in its governance or administration. It includes its accounts relating to the training of local elected representatives, and distinguishes, within its income, between those financed by the individual right to training and those financed by the local authorities.

II -The Minister responsible for local and regional authorities may request any document that will enable him to ensure that the holder of the accreditation is complying with the obligations associated with it, and that the services provided are of a genuine nature or of a high quality.
