Article R1221-7 of the French Labour Code

The recipient body will send the employer a document acknowledging receipt of the declaration and mentioning the information recorded, within five working days of receipt of the declaration form.

If the employer does not contest the information contained in this document within two working days of receiving it, the document constitutes proof of the declaration.

Article R1221-7

L’organisme destinataire adresse à l’employeur un document accusant réception de la déclaration et mentionnant les informations enregistrées, dans les cinq jours ouvrables suivant celui de la réception du formulaire de déclaration.

A défaut de contestation par l’employeur des informations figurant sur ce document, dans le délai de deux jours ouvrables suivant la réception de celui-ci, le document constitue une preuve de la déclaration.
