Article R1222-11 of the French Public Health Code

Each year, the President of the institution presents to the Board of Directors an estimate of income and expenditure, which includes :

1° An operating section ;

2° A limited capital transactions section.

When presenting the financial statements, the Chairman reports to the Board of Directors on the implementation of the estimates of revenue and expenditure and off-balance sheet commitments. The Board of Directors receives the annual accounts of all organisations in which the institution holds a financial interest.

Le président de l’établissement présente chaque année au conseil d’administration un état prévisionnel des recettes et des dépenses qui comprend :

1° Une section de fonctionnement ;

2° Une section d’opérations en capital à caractère limitatif.

Lors de la présentation du compte financier, le président rend compte au conseil d’administration de l’exécution de l’état prévisionnel des recettes et des dépenses et des engagements hors bilan. Le conseil d’administration reçoit communication des comptes annuels de tous organismes dans lesquels l’établissement détient une participation financière.
