Article R1222-41 of the French Public Health Code

Medical biology examinations carried out by the Etablissement Français du Sang and the Armed Forces Blood Transfusion Centre, in particular “recipient” immuno-haematology examinations and complex immuno-haemathology examinations, are subject to all the provisions of Book II of Part Six of the Public Health Code.

Les examens de biologie médicale réalisés par l’Etablissement français du sang et le centre de transfusion sanguine des armées, notamment les examens d’immuno-hématologie dits “receveur” et les examens complexes d’immuno-hémathologie, sont soumis à l’ensemble des dispositions prévues au livre II de la sixième partie du code de la santé publique.
