To benefit from the guaranteed remuneration provided for in the third paragraph of article L. 1225-14 and when the conditions of this same article are met, the employee must have held a job which exposed her to one of the following risks:
1° Agents toxic to reproduction of category 1 or 2;
2° Antiparasitic products whose labelling indicates that they may cause hereditary genetic alterations or congenital malformations and antiparasitic products classified as carcinogenic or mutagenic;
3° Benzene;
4° Metallic lead and its compounds;
5° Rubella virus or toxoplasma;
6° Work in hyperbaric environments where the maximum relative pressure exceeds 100 hectopascals.
