The single body shall inform the registrant of any technical difficulties concerning the sending of its file by it to the recipient bodies or, where applicable, to the authorities authorised to issue authorisations.

When the period of interruption of service exceeds a period set by order of the minister responsible for the economy, the single body authorises the registrant to send his file directly to the recipient bodies or, where applicable, to the authorities authorised to issue authorisations, in accordance with the procedures set by them.

Article R123-12

L’organisme unique informe le déclarant de toute difficulté technique concernant l’envoi de son dossier par ses soins aux organismes destinataires ou, le cas échéant, aux autorités habilitées à délivrer les autorisations.

Lorsque le délai d’interruption de service dépasse une durée fixée par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie, l’organisme unique autorise le déclarant à adresser son dossier directement aux organismes destinataires ou, le cas échéant, aux autorités habilitées à délivrer les autorisations, selon des modalités fixées par leurs soins.
