Article R123-121-2 of the French Commercial code

When he assigns property, rights, obligations or securities to his professional activity, the individual limited liability entrepreneur shall, where applicable, file, in accordance with Article R. 123-102, the descriptive statement provided for in I of Article L. 526-8 as well as, where applicable, the documents provided for in the last paragraph of Article R. 526-3.

Lorsqu’il affecte des biens, droits, obligations ou sûretés à son activité professionnelle, l’entrepreneur individuel à responsabilité limitée dépose s’il y a lieu, conformément à l’article R. 123-102, l’état descriptif prévu au I de l’article L. 526-8 ainsi que, le cas échéant, les documents prévus au dernier alinéa de l’article R. 526-3.
