The registrars shall comply with the requests provided for in Article R. 123-150 by the issue either of a complete copy of the entries made in the register concerning the same person or of one or more deeds filed, or of an extract indicating the state of registration on the date on which the extract is issued, or of a certificate stating that a person is not registered. The copy, extract or certificate is drawn up at the applicant’s expense and is authentic until proven otherwise.
Extracts or certificates bearing the date on which they were issued and bearing the name, signature and seal of the Registrar who issued them as well as a reference to the place where the Registrar exercises his powers shall be authentic until proven false. Any overwriting, interlining or addition contained in the body of these documents is null and void.
