Article R123-225 of the French Commercial code

The identification information mentioned in the register concerning registered legal units or their establishments is modified:

1° Either, for companies, at the time of the procedure for modifying their situations provided for in Article L. 123-33;

2° Or, for entities other than those referred to in 1°, at the request of the person concerned or the persons mentioned in 2° of Article R. 123-224, in accordance with the procedures laid down in the same article;

3° Or on its own initiative by the National Institute for Statistics and Economic Studies, on the occasion of the publication of a court decision, a report from a third party or following a survey by the official statistical service.

Les renseignements d’identification mentionnés au répertoire concernant les unités légales inscrites ou leurs établissements sont modifiés :

1° Soit, pour les entreprises, à l’occasion de la procédure de modification de leurs situations prévue à l’article L. 123-33 ;

2° Soit, pour les entités autres que celles visées au 1°, à la demande de la personne concernée ou des personnes mentionnées au 2° de l’article R. 123-224, selon les modalités prévues au même article ;

3° Soit d’office par l’Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques, à l’occasion de la publication d’une décision de justice, d’un signalement émanant d’un tiers ou à l’issue d’une enquête du service statistique public.
