Article R123-226 of the French Commercial code

When the validations mentioned in sub-section 2 of section 4 of this chapter result in changes to the identification information listed in article R. 123-222, this information is sent to the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies via the single body mentioned in article R. 123-1 for reconciliation of the register, unless articles R. 123-234-1 and R. 123-234-2 are applied.

When a change is requested to the identification information listed in article R. 123-222 is requested, pursuant to Article R. 123-225, by the registered legal unit itself, and the latter is not an enterprise whose data have been validated by an authority mentioned in Subsection 2 of Section 4 of this chapter, the National Institute for Statistics and Economic Studies shall make the change, where appropriate in agreement with the administration or body that requested the registration of the legal unit concerned.

Lorsque les validations mentionnées à la sous-section 2 de la section 4 du présent chapitre conduisent à modifier les renseignements d’identification énumérés à l’article R. 123-222, ces informations sont transmises à l’Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques par l’intermédiaire de l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1 pour mise en concordance du répertoire, sauf s’il est fait application des articles R. 123-234-1 et R. 123-234-2.

Lorsque la modification des renseignements d’identification énumérés à l’article R. 123-222 est demandée, en application de l’article R. 123-225, par l’unité légale inscrite elle-même, et que celle-ci n’est pas une entreprise dont les données ont été validées par une autorité mentionnée à la sous-section 2 de la section 4 du présent chapitre, l’Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques procède à la modification, le cas échéant en accord avec l’administration ou organisme ayant sollicité l’inscription de l’unité légale concernée.
