Article R123-257 of the French Commercial code

The following information relating to the company’s principal place of business in France, or its registered office if it has no place of business, shall be entered in the National Register of Companies upon declaration by the company at the time of its registration:

1° For companies, the information mentioned in Article R. 123-244;

> For commercial companies whose registered office is in France, the information mentioned in Article R. 123-244
2° For commercial companies whose registered office is abroad within the meaning of Article R. 123-253, those mentioned in Article R. 123-244, with the exception of 5° and 6°.

Sont inscrits au Registre national des entreprises, sur déclaration de la société lors de son immatriculation, les informations suivantes relatives à son établissement principal sur le territoire national ou à son siège si elle n’a pas d’établissement :


1° Pour les sociétés, celles mentionnées à l’article R. 123-244 ;


2° Pour les sociétés commerciales dont le siège est à l’étranger au sens de l’article R. 123-253, celles mentionnées à l’article R. 123-244, à l’exception des 5° et 6°.
