Article R123-293 of the French Commercial code

The keeper of the national register shall enter the information and attach the documents filed within one clear working day of receipt of the declaration or, for information and documents subject to validation pursuant to sub-section 2 of this section, within one clear working day of receipt of the validation. It informs the declarant of this via the single body mentioned in Article R. 123-1.

Apart from cases giving rise to automatic registration, when the keeper of the National Companies Register is informed, by any judicial or administrative authority, through the intermediary of the single body and under the conditions provided for in Article R. 123-7, of a change in the situation of the registered person, it invites the latter, through the intermediary of the same body, to proceed with the applications for additional registration, amending registration and deletion that prove necessary.

Le teneur du registre national procède à l’inscription des informations et à l’annexion des pièces déposées dans le délai d’un jour franc ouvrable après réception de la déclaration ou, pour les informations et pièces soumises à validation en application de la sous-section 2 de la présente section, dans le délai d’un jour franc ouvrable après réception de la validation. Il en informe le déclarant par l’intermédiaire de l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1.

Hors les cas donnant lieu à inscription d’office, lorsque le teneur du Registre national des entreprises est informé, par toute autorité judiciaire ou administrative, par l’intermédiaire de l’organisme unique et dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 123-7, d’un changement de situation de la personne immatriculée, il invite cette dernière, par l’intermédiaire du même organisme, à procéder aux demandes d’inscription complémentaire, d’inscription modificative et de radiation qui s’avèrent nécessaires.
