Article R123-294 of the French Commercial code

Any automatic entry in the National Register of Companies is made by the keeper of the register either on its own initiative or on the basis of a declaration or filing made by the authorised authorities with the single body mentioned in article R. 123-1, under the conditions set out in article R. 123-7.

Toute inscription d’office au Registre national des entreprises est réalisée par le teneur du registre soit à son initiative, soit sur le fondement d’une déclaration ou d’un dépôt réalisé par les autorités habilitées auprès de l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1, dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 123-7.
