Article R123-296 of the French Commercial code

The keeper of the National Register of Companies records, for each company, the date and nature of the formalities transmitted by the single body mentioned in Article R. 123-1. It also records the date of validation of the data and documents.

Le teneur du Registre national des entreprises procède à l’inscription, pour chaque entreprise, de la date et de la nature des formalités transmises par l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1. Il inscrit également la date de validation des données et des pièces.
