Article R123-30-11 of the French Commercial code

The administrative authority responsible for implementing the IT service referred to in Article R. 123-30-9 shall send the applicant, when the latter submits the application, an electronic registration acknowledgement drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article R. 112-11-2 of the code of relations between the public and the administration. On the same day, it forwards the file to the authority competent to rule on the application for recognition of professional qualifications. The latter authority alone is competent to verify the completeness of the application and the regularity or validity of the information it contains.

Once the competent authority has made its decision, it will immediately inform the administrative authority responsible for implementing the IT service.

L’autorité administrative chargée de mettre en œuvre le service informatique mentionné à l’article R. 123-30-9 transmet au demandeur, lors du dépôt du dossier par ce dernier, un accusé d’enregistrement électronique établi conformément aux dispositions du premier alinéa de l’article R. 112-11-2 du code des relations entre le public et l’administration. Elle transmet le même jour ce dossier à l’autorité compétente pour statuer sur la demande de reconnaissance de qualification professionnelle. Cette dernière est seule compétente pour vérifier la complétude du dossier ainsi que la régularité ou la validité des éléments le composant.

Lorsque l’autorité compétente a pris sa décision, elle en informe sans délai l’autorité administrative chargée de mettre en œuvre le service informatique.
