Article R123-30-10 of the French Commercial code

The file referred to in 2° of Article R. 123-30-9 includes:

1° All the information declared;

2° The supporting documents required under the legislative or regulatory provisions in force that have been digitised;

3° Where the application for recognition of professional qualification gives rise to the charging of fees, proof of their payment.

Where a signature is required, the use of a simple electronic signature that meets the requirements of EU Regulation No. 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions within the internal market is authorised.

An order of the Minister responsible for the economy shall set the electronic characteristics of the documents listed in this article.

Le dossier mentionné au 2° de l’article R. 123-30-9 comprend :

1° L’ensemble des informations déclarées ;

2° Les pièces justificatives requises selon les dispositions législatives ou réglementaires en vigueur qui ont fait l’objet d’une numérisation ;

3° Lorsque la demande de reconnaissance de qualification professionnelle donne lieu à la perception de frais, le justificatif de leur règlement.

Lorsqu’une signature est requise, le recours à une signature électronique simple répondant aux exigences du règlement UE n° 910/2014 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 23 juillet 2014 sur l’identification électronique et les services de confiance pour les transactions électroniques au sein du marché intérieur est autorisé.

Un arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie fixe les caractéristiques électroniques des documents énumérés au présent article.
