Article R123-30-9 of the French Commercial code

An IT service accessible via the Internet, secure and free of charge, enables the nationals mentioned in article R. 123-30-8:

1° To have access to the information mentioned in 6° of article R. 123-2;

2° To prepare an application file for recognition of professional qualification for the authority competent to rule on this application;

3° To pay, where applicable, the legal fees relating to this application;

4° To be informed of the transmission of their file to the competent authority and of the decision taken by the latter.

The management of this IT service constitutes a public service mission provided by the State or one of its public establishments.

Article R123-30-9

Un service informatique accessible par l’internet, sécurisé et gratuit, permet aux ressortissants mentionnés à l’article R. 123-30-8 :

1° D’avoir accès aux informations mentionnées au 6° de l’article R. 123-2 ;

2° De préparer un dossier de demande de reconnaissance de qualification professionnelle à l’intention de l’autorité compétente pour statuer sur cette demande ;

3° D’acquitter, le cas échéant, les frais légaux afférents à cette demande ;

4° D’être informés de la transmission de leur dossier à l’autorité compétente ainsi que de la décision prise par celle-ci.

La gestion de ce service informatique constitue une mission de service public assurée par l’Etat ou l’un de ses établissements publics.
